MMPRC participates in the SATTE 2023 to boost destination presence in India
SATTE is a premier business-to-business exhibition for travel and tourism trade professionals in South Asia, this year the SATTE will be held at India Expo Mart in Delhi From February 9th to 11th. MMPRC along with industry partners will participate in 2023 to showcase the unparalleled beauty and diversity of the Sunny Side of Life as a short-haul holiday destination for Indian travelers.
Industry leaders and professionals have an excellent opportunity at the SATTE 2023 to connect, network, and showcase their products and services in South Asia. Over the years SATTE has established itself as the premier networking forum in South Asia for the travel and tourism industry. Along with MMPRC, A total of 81 representatives from 48 companies from the Maldives’ tourism industry are taking part in the SATTE 2023.
MMPRC will deliver a destination presentation to travel trade visitors at the main SATTE presentation area on day two of the event to share the latest information about the destination, the unique selling points of tourism products (resorts, hotels, guesthouses, liveaboards), and experiences of the Maldives. Participating in the SATTE 2023 is an active effort by the MMPRC to maintain a destination presence in the Indian and wider South Asian markets. According to the statistics released by the Ministry India was the top source market for the destination last year with 241,369 arrivals.
