To promote the beauty and safety of Maldives, Visit Maldives launched a joint campaign with Luxury Australian Travel Trade E-News (LATTE). The fundamental purpose of this campaign is to establish Visit Maldives in the Australian market and enhance engagement with luxury travel agents.
LATTE is an Australian e-newspaper that publishes its editions every Friday. It has a specific section dedicated to industry professionals and travel retailers. That section aims to make the professionals and travel retailers provide the latest information on the luxury industry. This e-newspaper serves 15000 tour operators, travel agents, and brokers across New Zealand and Australia.
For July 2021, the paper will introduce Maldives as the LATTE destination of the month. They will publish four articles as a part of the campaign every Friday. The viewers have to visit the LATTE website. Plus, they will send these articles to the subscriber base, which are more than 2000 luxury travel agents. All those agents will be from the Australian market.
The articles will showcase the Maldives as a safe destination and write about the unique scattered Geography of the place. They will also promote the concept of a one-island-one resort, unique experiences, products, and underwater experience. The ultimate objective of this campaign is to enhance the destination presence of Maldives. Besides, it will make people understand that the Maldives is a safe place to visit.
