National Boating Association of Maldives expedites PCR tests on liveaboards

On Tuesday, the NBAM started conducting PCR tests on guests for liveaboards. NBAM also stated that they would arrange the samples in the islands like Alif Alif Atoll, Alif Dhalu Atoll and Kaafu Atoll. The guests have to pay 100 USD per test. However, if the tourists are residing in the Greater Male region, they can collect it for USD 75 from Hulhumale lagoon. Also, they can collect it from their respective quarantine centers.

The guests who are staying outside the central region can conduct their tests from Thulusdhoo, Dhiffushi, Himmafushi, Guraidhoo, Gulhi, Mafushi in Kaafu Atoll. Apart from that, the guests can also do their tests Ukulhas in Alif Alif Atol, Dhangethi and Dhigurah in Alif Dhaalu Atoll.

NBAM guarantees that the guests will get their results within 24 hours from any of the above-mentioned atolls. Guests who can collect the result from the Greater Male region will get their results within 14 hours.
